WHAT DOES HARTS FIRE FULLY INCLUSIVE ROAD EXPERIENCE INCLUDE?
This year, Harts Carnival is once again bringing the best of both worlds with our FIRE package!
FIRE stands for:

• Unlimited premium drinks
• Access to our Fire Branded Drinks truck and Fire Carts : Momentum, Red Dogs, Venus Carnival, Ktreadz and Nex Gen Carnival
Drinks inclusive option is now part of your costume package. You may choose from the following: FIRE package, Student FIRE ( Non-Alcoholic option for persons under 18 years ) or a Private Drinks Cart
For Persons under 18 years of age, we also offer a STUDENT FIRE, Non-Alcoholic option. These individuals will be provided with a special non-alcoholic wrist band for identification.
Please note before adding a private cart to your package you must first obtain approval by the owner of the cart.

WHAT DO I NEED FOR COSTUME REGISTRATION?
To register for Harts Carnival 2026 online, send an email to harts@hartscarnival.com with subject – “Register Online”.
Please provide us with the name and email address of each person you would like to register so we can send you the registration link(s).
Please Note: the email address must be unique to each person. Also, please specify whether it’s a Female or Male costume.
You can also go to www.hartscarnival.com and click on the ‘REGISTER NOW‘ button under your costume choice.

CAN I ORDER EXTRA ITEMS WITH MY COSTUMES?
Different costumes may have different additional options and upgrades (e.g. Large Backpack).

Costumes may also come with options for larger headpieces, backpacks, and other embellishments at an additional cost. These options will be detailed on the registration page and in the section photo galleries, along with the cost attached.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PAY FOR MY COSTUME?
Your down payment must be paid upon registration to secure your costume. Instalments can be made towards your costume anytime between your initial down payment and two weeks before costume distribution. You can do this at our mas camp, 57 Alberto St. Woodbrook or via your online account at gems.hartscarnival.com

Female / Male: $2,000 TTD ($320 USD).

Registration links are sent to the email address provided by you.
Email will be coming from the address: info@gems.hartscarnival.com.
Sometimes the email may be in your spam or junk, please double check that the registration link is not in either of these folders.

I WANT TO BRING IN MY OWN BRA FOR DECORATION?
For inquiries on bringing in your own bra, please contact us directly at the Mas Camp or please send an email to harts@hartscarnival.com.
Please be advised that the deadline to BRING IN YOUR OWN BRA (TBB ) is 30th September 2025.
After this date, NO bras will be accepted!
What is the male pants design?
WHEN DO I COLLECT MY COSTUME?
The costume distribution schedule will be emailed to all masqueraders and posted to our website, Facebook and Instagram pages a few weeks before carnival. Different sections will have different distribution dates.
I'M UNABLE TO COLLECT MY COSTUME - CAN ANOTHER PERSON COLLECT ON MY BEHALF?
The original customer must provide a signed letter authorizing the delegate to collect the costume on their behalf, accompanied by a copy of the original customer’s ID. Additionally, the original customer can log into their online account at gems.hartscarnival.com and add the name of their collection delegate.
CAN MY HUSBAND / WIFE JUMP IN THE BAND?
HARTS only allows paying masqueraders to jump in the band. Non-masqueraders may observe from the side-lines outside the band, however they will not be allowed to participate.

Are Refunds and Changes Possible?
Carnival costumes are custom-made items therefore please be advised that once registration is complete there will be:
• NO exchange or switching of sections.
• NO refund of deposit.
• NO changing of measurements or sizes.
